Developed for the tough races of the world elite in the XC marathon, the Black Adder Team is a race hardtail for maximum off-road performance. The team bike has been slightly revised for the new model year for use in the Transalp & Co. For even more agility and performance, the geometry of the frame, which weighs just 900 grams (size M), has been fine-tuned once again in consultation with the Team BULLS pros. The top tube was lengthened slightly, the chainstays shortened and the head tube angle slightly flattened. The result is probably the best Black Adder of all time. Thanks to the Endurance Lite Concept, the frame combines stiffness in the drive and steering areas with full comfort and maximum performance for long race stages thanks to a special carbon fibre lay-up. As befits the ”workhorse” of Team BULLS, no compromises are made when it comes to equipment. From the RockShox SID Ultimate suspension fork to the Shimano XTR 12-speed drivetrain, the carbon seatpost and the Mavic carbon wheels with Schwalbe tyre combo, the Black Adder Team offers pure racing performance.
